The last week has been rough. Fighting through the back troubles and then some pec issues popped up too.
I have been getting my back adjusted twice a week for the past few weeks and it is starting to feel better. The pec issue should be taken care of as well so I plan to get back on my regular schedule of lifting and posting.
Only time will tell, but I am feeling good and strong and I am ready to go....
