1/12/09 Restoration

I was going to start adding another deadlifting day today, but my right lat is a little out of whack, so I am going to postpone until weds and hope that it is feeling better tomorrow for chest day

30 min cardio

All over stretching

Foam roller on the back, lats and legs

  2. I know, I have had some personal issues build up on me lately. I havent gotten any work done at home as far as my KB work or grip work. I am hoping that I can get back at it soon
