Awesome work with the deads, but check out the weight progression in Power to the People. You can't stay at the top weight all the time and expect to climb. You have to back off and come forward. That kind of a system put 50lbs on my dead in 3 months. I know it's tough to believe but it's a proven system. Please, give it a go for a cycle. Your dead won't go down.

ReplyDeleteI know it's tough to not leave it all in the gym all the time, but that's the mental part of it you need to get a grasp on. If a driver pushes his race car to the limit all the time the car falls apart. If he backs off at the right time and pushes at the right time the car performs beautifully.
